To Beloved Guruji,

I WANT AN ANSWER, I surrender toyou. ‘I’ is been surrender to you master …. You know and you know me better. Iam roaming here and there as answer to my question is not desired answer I want. Master put a light allow me to seek whatsoul wishes and desires.

And there was light, Master appearedand said,  I hear you say “I want ananswer, In first place thank you for surrendering your    ‘ I’to me, I accept you. Now remove the “want” from your statement as you correctlysaid they are desires which is not the thing which soul aspires and remainingis “ANSWER’ which always lies with and within you….:)….  

Look what have ego has done toyou and life, right now you are not sure what you were fighting for, you alwayshad answer still you went here and there. And now you are sure what you fed wasnot the I am but the letter ‘I’and that’s your Ego. When Ego comes EVERYTHINGGOES, when Ego comes it gives one a sleepless night, Your  time goes in constant glamour, self pity andproving the injustices… life constantly engages itself in managing  your ego just forgetting what’s your purposeof life.

 But remember it is also equally same that whenEGO GOES EVERYTHING COMES. Now choice is yours.

Mistakes are part of life, Nobig deal. I allow you to make mistakes as those are not even mistakes it’s anact for you to grow. But grow from your mistakes don’t cry over it… Get lessonsfrom test and don’t make a big fuss out of it.

Don’t entangles yourself inright and wrong. Follow unquestionable honesty in all virtues and then talk onfair sit and watch.

Being my soldiers don’t keepattitude that I can not do it… Only when you go over that unbearable count yourmuscles are build, I remember what I have whispered all the time in your earsThat YOU CAN MAKE IT!!!.  

I smiled and breathed out internally.Yes Master!!, but Master how do we live in world which is all the time feedingand living on pride, will it not make us too gullible by just being humble allthe time. What to remember and how to decide, when do we know and how do we arethat we are  pampering our pride ?

Today oh my child, remember donot talk like mass. Remember you have walked along way to sit here meditate anddecide, a child is going act like a child you cant force anyone to grow in a sight.Time and only time will help them to unwind. You should be the light whom theylook after, you should be one to pull them out… remember only be light andallow them to gaze they will grow in process shading the skins of pride.

For you as grown for you asold soul, you have to be a solution provider not enhancing what is not right.As my student I expect you to be part of solution not part of the problem.

And Being Human, living Life, Problemswill come…. they are not your and my choice to decide, but you as an energystudent remember don’t add your emotions and feelings nor do get attached to it,in short Keep the problems as small as possible and let it come from anywhereyou will take it as a situation and fix it before time, Be that radiating lightwho believes let problem come from anywhere solutions will come from me… andremember I am watching you all the time. I will not allow anything which is notin your capacity to handle.

If it has come I know you canmake it. So now you have to look everything and anything as a puzzle or gameand search and mediate on THERE IS A SOLUTION! And than start searching that hiddenlink constantly repeating and mediating THERE IS A WAY AND THE WAY IS ON ITSWAY…. And there will be light. :)….

All the time believe, havefaith and ask what can be done? How can be done and THAN DO IT!!! Use yourintelligence. THINK THINK THINK….and than Direct your intelligence.

Question you should have am I expectinga right thing?  Or is it  an unrealistic expectation!!!

If you are begging from a beggarremember to first making him rich. If you need Love you have to sow the seed ofit.

You go through hurt, pain,anger, jealously and hatred you come across pride and ego the truth is nobody cangive you that. Who gave you, in real mean, you should be thankful to them, asthey just helped you…. assisted you to what was in you to bring them to on surface.  

Answer lies within you, you don’tattract what you want, you attract what lies within you… don’t go here andthere my child just start working with YOURSELF.

If you feel anything  can be changed… try hard towards it…  remember to mediate on right thing and youwill able to make it. Everything is energy. Past!!! Present !!! and Future!!! Changeall as you wish… to change the energy what is needed is Energy…. change yourthought, your words, your action and deeds Yes I am sure what you want you willget it, to begin just take the first step change the way you think... Don’t belazy, think of solutions and work towards it...

 What is pranic healing ?

     Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art that utilizes prana or life energy to heal ailments in the body. Ancient cultures practiced similar modes of healing known as shamanic healing, divine healing, healing by mantra, among others.

     In its existing form, Pranic Healing has been painstakingly, systematically, scientifically developed, revealed and taught globally by Master Choa Kok Sui.
Similar modalities are called medical qigong or ki healing, psychic healing, vitalic healing, reiki, therapeutic touch, laying of the hand, magnetic healing, faith healing, and charismatic healing.
     Prana or ki is the life energy which keeps the body alive and healthy. This energy is subtle but pervasive. The natural condition of the body’s energy is balanced. When the body’s prana or ki is too much or too little, it becomes unhealthy. The result is the body is unable to function properly, and eventually presents symptoms of illness. In Pranic Healing, physical ailments are treated through the subtle energy of the patient using prana thereby assisting and accelerating in several degrees, the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
With patience and persistence, Pranic Healing is easy to learn. As simplified by Master Choa Kok Sui, it is a transferable technology. Its principles and techniques can be learned in a few sessions. Students can reach a certain degree of skill or proficiency given enough practice and time. There are several levels of Pranic Healing. Each of the levels is formally taught in internationally standardized modules, in about 18 hours per level. Proficiency is gained through constant practice and study.
     The first level deals with the principles and basic techniques, enabling the student to heal simple physical ailments.
The second level , Advanced Pranic Healing, makes use of advanced techniques and colors, thereby shortening the healing time. Students are familiarized and taught treatments for more severe chronic ailments.

Maitreya is derived from the word maitri (Sanskrit) meaning ‘loving-kindness’ and according to Buddhist eschatology, Maitreya Buddha is regarded as the future Buddha of this world which means He will be the successor of Shakyamuni Buddha, the founder of Buddhism.

In Buddhist and Taoist forklore tradition, many believed that an eccentric Chinese Zen monk, Budai, who lived during the Later Liang Dynasty (907-923 AD) of China, was an incarnation of the Maitreya Buddha. This was because he was a man of good and loving character and also of the Buddhist hymn which he sang before his death: -

“Maitreya, the true Maitreya has billions of incarnations.

Often he is shoen to people at the time;

other times they do not recognize him.”

Therefore, most statues of Maitreya Buddha which depict of a stout and laughing bald man in robes with a largely exposed pot belly stomach were based on Budai’s appearance and is also because of this jolly smile, Maitreya Buddha, is commonly known as the ‘Laughing Buddha’. 

As Maitreya Buddha is a representation of contentment and abundance, His statue can often be found gracing in temples, restaurants and businesses.

One popular belief is that if one rubs the belly of Maitreya Buddha, it will bring forth wealth, good luck and prosperity and so on the 1st day of the Lunar Year which is the birthday of the Maitreya Buddha, devotees will gather at temples to pray and rub the belly of Maitreya Buddha, for wealth, good luck and prosperity in the new year.

(Master Choa Kok Sui's Conversation with a Disciple)

It was a time, when my Spiritual Teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, the one I have loved most and followed in this lifetime, took in some of the negative karma of his disciples unto his body. I saw him then as a man whose weight of the world was heavy on his shoulder. 

I was afraid for him and my heart was listless. 

As usual, that afternoon, he walked and as usual I followed one step behind him. 

"What is bothering you?" he asked me. 

I dare not ask the question, but he prodded me. I then asked "When you leave Master, what will become of me?" 

He took a deep pause, and rephrased my question. 

"When I leave, do I leave?" 

He noticed tears are about to swell in my eyes. 

"Take heart. Pull back your tears," he reproached me gently. 

"Look at me. 

You cry and your heart is heavy for you think I will leave you? 

I will never leave you. We have a covenant to serve together. Do you remember?" 

He waved his hand and commanded. 

"Still your mind. And let there be peace in your heart." 

"Look in front of your life. My essence is in the many books I have made you read, study and learn. My thoughts are there. They are not ordinary thoughts but ideas of great power for my true essences are there. These ideas will outlive many. And those who have studied my ever-living principles will remember them again when they come in the futurity of time. 

Know that I have left myself in the teachings I have shared with you. My life is in the books you cradle. My love and friendship is in the happy memories we shared. My heart is there - in the many moments we laughed and served. Forget this not. 

Now, let me ask you a question. 

You have walked with me but have you really known me? 

How have you known me in your life? 

Yes, as a Spiritual Teacher and Master Healer? An Arhatic Yogi? A Visionary? A Wish Fulfiller? Or a Friend? 

Let me tell you something," and he touched my back heart like a gentle pause. My heart swooned with sweet bliss. 

"I am more than you can imagine, for like all spiritual teachers, I am a bearer of many great spiritual secrets. 

Today, that your heart will be lighter, let me share with you a secret that you may no longer be lonely. 

This secret I have revealed to some of my disciples. And to those who have ears: let their hearts discern the truth. 

The Master Choa Kok Sui that you know of is an initiate of High Order. I came to raise myself up a degree higher and years back, I was able to do so. 

The secret lies in the higher levels of Arhatic Yoga of which I practice. This is one reason why my Great Teacher Lord Boddhisatva Mei Ling is an immortal. 

Listen and listen carefully and remember my words for they are true.

The Physical Spiritual Teacher or Sat Guru does not leave. He is always there. 

His embodiment is a choice. My embodiment is a personal choice. It is a shell that the Spiritual Teacher and Sat Guru willingly leaves when he meditates. I leave my body when I come unto my Silence and go where you cannot come. With closed or opened eyes, I can leave my body at will. It is a choice for me to leave and come. 

The physical body is a vehicle of service. It is just one of the bodies I use to serve. But I AM not the body. Have I not taught you this? You are not your body. You are a Soul and Spirit. 

Remember? 

Like all Physical Spiritual Teachers and Sat Gurus, when they drop their body of illusion, their Presence becomes more powerful than ever. 

It is because the physical body is a limitation though it is a vehicle taken so that men will understand. 

The life of the Physical Spiritual Teacher and Sat Guru is ever continuous, with or without form. 

My powers are great though embodied in form yet they are greater when this Soul is not in physical embodiment. 

I can be anywhere with the speed of thought. 

My influences are far reaching, deeper and more penetrating more than before. 

My Spiritual Essence is freer to do its purpose. 

And remember this too, and remember this well: 

Like in the physical form, I overshadow many disciples and students at the same time. Yet I can overshadow many of my incarnated and non-incarnated disciples and workers more, when the embodiment is not there, for the physical veil is gone. 

I give Higher Teachings to many in and out of the body. My Love is encompassing. It is inclusive and not exclusive to just one. 

Remember this: the Soul of the Physical Spiritual Teacher and Sat Guru leaves the body at will even when in physical incarnation. He comes back to it because it is his choice. 

Have I not been with you in your many nightly sojourns? Have I not appeared to many in my body form? Have I not answered others in their pleadings for help though I am not there in body? How many have seen me in their meditations? Did not blessings come when one sincerely ask for it? How many have received healings with a whisper of the Name. It comes to one and it comes to many. 

You must believe. 

I will always be there for you. I will always be there for those who sincerely ask for my help and for my Teachings. 

A Physical Spiritual Teacher or Sat Guru teaches for it is one of His Service. He heals because of His love. He brings Light because he wants men to come into the Greater Love. 

I have overshadowed many and it will continue to be so. Embodied or not. My Presence will always be there. If you love learning, knowledge will always be there for you. 

I know you love learning. Then it will come to you and for many others as well. It is not only for one person. 

And listen to this too: I have many others disciples you have not met. My Shakti is not diminished when shared by many and is not lessened by Time. 

Thus remember and do these: Persevere to keep my Teachings in your Heart. Share it with purity and show it with your life. Continue my work. This is my Decree to you. 

Transform yourself into a better human being. 

Be honorable. And forget not the virtues. You must practice and persevere." 

And he made me promise that afternoon: that I will keep to his Teachings and persevere. 

And walk His Path a bit longer.

Things you must do for develop your Scanning:

Do daily the exercises for sensitizing your hands that you have learned at the basic pranic healing seminar. Even when you move on to higher levels of PH, if your scanning has not been developed you should continue exercise on developing the sensitivity of your hands.

Refine your energy. A coarse energy body cannot feel the subtle energies. Avoid alcohol, smoking, drugs, meat consumption.

But, a subtle energy body is not depending only on what we consume. You must also Practice the Character Building. If you are an Arhatic Yogi then practice Blue Triangle daily. Remember! Right thoughts, right feelings, right words, right actions! If you are not an Arhatic Yogi, then practice continuously the 5 virtues listed in “Miracles through Pranic Healing” book.

Practice daily Meditation on Twin Hearts. By activating the heart chakra you fill you energy body with love and by activating your crown chakra you fill your energy body with divine energy. You are filled with love and divine energy. You are one step closer to the real you! You are one step closer to the Higher Self. Your energy body is refined. It becomes more sensitive. The scanning will become better and more efficient.

Practice pranic breathing. The daily practice in pranic breathing educate your energy body. It makes it stronger, denser, more sophisticated, more sensitive to scanning.

Do pranic treatments. Offering healing to others, is like offering healing to you.

Dedicate your time in learning and learning will come near you. The obstacles are within you. Do not make the mistake to blame others. Whatever happens to us or not, is the result of our thoughts and actions.

And of course: Practice, practice, practice! Scan everything. You do not need a patient in front of you to practice. Scan your food, your furniture, the street, the trash, your office, the school area, the things you can find in the supermarkets, the television, the sockets, your mobile ... Scan everything and everywhere. With faith and conviction that the result is correct.

However .....

To treat someone, you do not need to have developed the capability of scanning. The scanning is what will help a therapist make bigger miracles. But a therapist can do healing without the scanning. This must be fully and completely understood by students and future healers. You should not become desperate if you do not feel many things in the beginning. Do not stop exercise. Scanning will come as soon as your will allow it to happen!

Master Choa states it very clearly in "Miracles Through the Pranic Healing”: "You can apply Pranic Healing even if your ability to scanning is limited"
